Refund and exchange policy

ADDRESS CHANGES

It takes 5-9business days for production of your very own customized item. Please note you can change your address before your order is sent out. If your order is still within the production timeframe, please send us your request to support@chipmunkgift.com . you may not change your shipping address after your order has been sent out. 


DAMAGED/MISPRINTED ITEMS

We inspect every item for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or
product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, we will reproduce and resend it free of charge. Please email us to support@chipmunkgift.com with your order number, and include a picture of your item explaining the issue, our customer support will be able to assist you. Understandably, personalized items CANNOT be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. For the manufacturing error or product defect you can keep it or return the items to our return address: room 501-19A, 5/f, Wayson Commercial Building, 28 Connaught Road West, Sheung Wan, HK. The Logistics costs of return will be undertook by yourself. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Please note Whatever size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected by you and sent out to you, chipmunkgift is not responsible for replacing these items. Please review your personalization
information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names
carefully. You are welcome to email us at support@chipmunkgift.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production.  NOTE:  chipmunkgift.com also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.


PRODUCT IMAGE DISCLAIMER
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services on our Sites and Apps at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time.

 

RETURNS &CANCELLATIONS

Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted. Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production facilities. A 30% customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your purchase which is under production, your order is subject to a 30% restocking fee per item. Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once the production has completed.

 

REFUND

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

Please note that the following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@chipmunkgift.com. 

EXCHANGES

Personalized items CANNOT be accepted for exchange, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. If the product arrives defective, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. please refer our Return Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items or please contact our customer service for exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
